We called the young Vietnamese who sold us drinks on the road "coke kids". It was amazing, but in the heat of this jungle country, we would stop for a break and 1/2 dozen kids would ride up on bikes, offer coke (usually for a dollar), and roll it on ice blocks (who knows where they got the ice) to cool it. In the morning, if the kids were not around we always suspected potential problems for the day.
