I had the honor to serve with the bravest men I have ever know in my life. Each touched my life forever and inspired me to get my college education finished after 'Nam and reenter service as a military officer. 23 (years) of military service and the best years of my life are attributed to Viet Nam heroes like Dick Nash, Ken "Lumpy" Schulte, Al Bridges, Joe Esser, Larry Gallagher, JC Walker, Dennis "Tex" Holt, Larry Peek, Dennis "Polooka" Lutz, Charles Lynch, Odis Haynes, Joe Goerke, James Denney, our PSG "The Rock", our commander CPT David Crocker and the most fearless person I have ever met...our medic Dan "Doc" Michaelic. I am indebted to them for life!
